By placing an order with The Xylo Archive, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before purchasing.

Products

All prints are produced on waterproof archival paper with matte, colour-accurate finish. Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to monitor calibration. Product images on this site are watermarked previews; the delivered print will not carry a watermark.

Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by HitPay. We accept PayNow. Your order is confirmed only upon successful payment.

Delivery

• We deliver to Singapore addresses only
• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days
• Free delivery on orders S$60 and above; S$5 flat rate otherwise
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Intellectual property

All illustrations, images, and designs are the intellectual property of The Xylo Archive. Prints are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of any artwork without written permission is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
