We take great care in producing and packing every print. If something goes wrong, we will make it right.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@xyloarchive.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Change of mind
Because our prints are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before the print has been dispatched. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at hello@xyloarchive.com. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
